How to Book
Fill out our Interest Form and we will contact you with any questions or any things we need to go over. Then, we will send you the link to pay the deposit and secure your date.
Payment and deposits
There is a 50% deposit due to hold the reservation for your rental date. The remaining 50% will be due upon pick up of the rental items. After you sign the Agreement form, I will send you an invoice amount to pay. Once the deposit payment is received, your date will be reserved.

How are the mats and bouncy house sanitized?
Every piece of equipment is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and carefully inspected before and after every rental using child-safe, non-toxic cleaning products that are tough on germs while remaining safe for little hands.
Our cleaning process includes removing dirt and debris, disinfecting all high-touch surfaces, sanitizing ball pit balls and soft play equipment, and performing a detailed quality inspection to verify that every piece is clean, secure, and in excellent condition.
How much space do I need if I want the soft play set indoors?
Our mats measure 10 feet by 10 feet, providing plenty of room for kids to jump and play. Just ensure there's a bit of space around the mats for safety and fun, and remember to choose a flat surface for the best experience. Let the kids enjoy their time while you relax knowing they're in a safe environment!

Yes! We offer secure gates around our 10 x 10 soft play experience! They designed with a convenient door for easy access, ensuring that little ones can enjoy their playtime safely within the designated area. Your child's safety and enjoyment are our top priorities!
