Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: [August 1, 2026]
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of playrentalsntx.com and services offered by Play Rentals LLC (“Play Rentals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the website, requesting a quote, submitting a reservation, making a payment, or electronically accepting these Terms, you agree to them.
1. Adult Customers Only
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to make a reservation.
Children and minors may not book rentals, make payments, or accept these Terms.
When booking for an organization, venue, employer, or another person, you represent that you have authority to act on that party’s behalf.
2. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate photographs, descriptions, dimensions, prices, colors, and availability. However:
•    Colors may appear differently on different screens.
•    Equipment may show normal signs of use.
•    Product details and inventory may change.
•    Decorative items shown in photographs may not be included.
•    A website submission does not guarantee availability.
A written quote, invoice, or rental agreement will identify what is included in your reservation.
3. Quotes and Reservations
A quote is not a confirmed reservation.
Unless we state otherwise in writing, a reservation is confirmed only after we receive:
•    A completed booking form.
•    Acceptance or signature of the applicable rental agreement.
•    The required reservation retainer or payment.
•    Any additional information or documentation we reasonably request.
Equipment remains available to other customers until the reservation is confirmed.
4. Separate Rental Agreement
These website Terms do not replace the event-specific rental agreement, safety acknowledgment, delivery instructions, or equipment rules.
If a signed rental agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed rental agreement controls for that reservation.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices, retainers, delivery charges, travel fees, taxes, setup fees, cleaning fees, security deposits, and payment deadlines will be stated on the quote, invoice, checkout page, or rental agreement.
The customer authorizes us and our payment processor to charge amounts expressly approved in the booking documents, including approved balances and documented post-rental charges permitted by the rental agreement.
We will not impose undisclosed mandatory charges.
Past-due balances may result in cancellation or refusal of delivery.
6. Delivery and Service Area
Delivery charges may depend on:
•    Distance and travel time.
•    Stairs, elevators, gates, or difficult access.
•    Required delivery windows.
•    Parking or loading restrictions.
•    After-hours pickup.
•    Venue requirements.
•    Additional labor.
The customer must provide accurate delivery information and disclose access restrictions before the event.
7. Event Site Requirements
The customer must provide a setup area that is:
•    Clean, level, and reasonably dry.
•    Free from sharp objects, animal waste, glass, rocks, debris, standing water, fire ants, and other hazards.
•    Large enough for the reserved equipment and required safety clearances.
•    Accessible to our delivery personnel.
•    Located away from pools, streets, grills, fire pits, heaters, overhead hazards, and other unsafe conditions.
•    Supplied with suitable electrical service when required.
We may refuse or discontinue setup when we reasonably believe the location, weather, access, electrical supply, anchoring conditions, or surrounding area is unsafe or unlawful.
Refusal to install equipment because of an undisclosed or customer-controlled site problem is subject to the Refund Policy.
8. Venue Approval and Permits
The customer is responsible for obtaining permission from the property owner, venue, homeowners’ association, park department, school, municipality, or other controlling authority unless we expressly agree in writing to obtain a particular approval.
The customer must tell us about:
•    Venue insurance requirements.
•    Vendor-registration requirements.
•    Certificates of insurance.
•    Park or special-event permits.
•    Setup restrictions.
•    Generator restrictions.
•    Delivery windows.
•    Surface or anchoring restrictions.
We may cancel or decline a setup that would violate a law, permit, venue rule, manufacturer instruction, or insurance requirement.
9. Equipment Safety and Supervision
A responsible adult who is at least 18 years old must always supervise the equipment and participating children.
The supervising adult must enforce all posted, written, and verbal safety rules, including the following:
•    Follow all age, height, weight, capacity, and participant limits.
•    Separate participants when differences in age, size, or ability create a collision risk.
•    Remove shoes unless we specifically instruct otherwise.
•    Do not permit food, drinks, gum, candy, glass, sharp objects, toys, or choking hazards inside the play area.
•    Do not permit rough play, wrestling, pushing, flips, diving, head-first sliding, or climbing on exterior walls.
•    Do not permit pets inside or immediately next to the equipment.
•    Keep equipment away from water unless the equipment is specifically designated for wet use.
•    Do not smoke, use open flames, or place grills or heaters near the equipment.
•    Do not move, disconnect, deflate, alter, repair, or reposition equipment.
•    Stop use immediately if equipment becomes unstable, damaged, wet, excessively dirty, improperly inflated, or otherwise unsafe.
•    Contact us promptly if there is an equipment or safety concern.
Face paint, confetti, glitter, silly string, slime, markers, crayons, food coloring, and similar materials may permanently stain or damage rental equipment and are prohibited unless we approve them in writing.
10. Inflatables
Continuous-airflow inflatable equipment must remain connected to the approved blower and power source while in use.
The customer must not:
•    Turn off or disconnect the blower while participants are inside.
•    Place objects near blower air-intake openings.
•    Use unapproved extension cords or generators.
•    Operate the inflatable during unsafe wind, rain, lightning, or other hazardous conditions.
•    Remove anchors, stakes, straps, sandbags, or tie-downs.
We may suspend or cancel inflatable use whenever safety, weather, site conditions, inspection status, insurance requirements, manufacturer instructions, or governmental requirements make operation inappropriate.
11. Weather
Outdoor rentals are weather-dependent.
We may delay, suspend, relocate, or cancel a setup because of:
•    Rain or lightning.
•    Excessive wind or wind gusts.
•    Saturated ground.
•    Extreme heat or cold.
•    Flooding.
•    Severe-weather warnings.
•    Any condition we reasonably determine creates an unsafe situation.
The customer must maintain an indoor backup plan when practical.
Once equipment has been delivered or installed, the customer must immediately follow any shutdown or evacuation instruction we provide.
Weather-related refunds and rescheduling are governed by the Refund Policy.
12. Damage, Loss, and Excessive Cleaning
Normal wear is included in the rental price.
The customer may be responsible for the reasonable cost of repair, replacement, loss, or excessive cleaning caused by:
•    Misuse or prohibited activity.
•    Moving or altering equipment.
•    Failure to supervise.
•    Pets, food, beverages, paint, markers, slime, glitter, confetti, silly string, or similar substances.
•    Theft, vandalism, or disappearance while the equipment is under the customer’s control.
•    Undisclosed site hazards.
•    Intentional, reckless, or negligent conduct by the customer or the customer’s guests.
We will provide a description or documentation of post-rental charges when reasonably available.
13. Illness and Sanitation
Customers should not allow a person with a contagious illness, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, open wound, or uncontrolled bodily-fluid condition to use the equipment.
The customer must notify us promptly if equipment is exposed to blood, vomit, urine, feces, or another bodily fluid so it can be removed from service and appropriately cleaned.
Additional sanitation or replacement charges may apply when contamination exceeds ordinary rental use.
14. Cancellation and Refunds
All cancellations, credits, retainers, weather rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our separately posted Refund Policy and the customer’s rental agreement.
Nothing in our policies limits a nonwaivable refund or cancellation right provided by applicable law.
15. Customer Content and Reviews
Customers may submit photographs, reviews, testimonials, or other content, provided they have the right to do so.
You retain ownership of your content. We will not use identifiable images of children for marketing without separate parental or guardian authorization.
Nothing in these Terms prohibits a customer from posting an honest review or reporting concerns to a governmental agency, law-enforcement authority, insurer, attorney, or consumer-protection organization.
16. Intellectual Property
Our website design, business name, logo, photographs, written content, package descriptions, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website to evaluate and purchase our services. You may not copy, sell, republish, impersonate, or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.
17. Website Availability and Third-Party Services
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access. The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, internet failures, security events, or circumstances outside our control.
Third-party payment, map, booking, social-media, or communication services are governed by their own terms.
18. Disclaimer
Rental activities involve active movement and may include risks such as slips, falls, collisions, loss of balance, equipment misuse, and actions of other participants.
Adult customers and adult participants are responsible for following safety instructions and exercising reasonable care.
Equipment is provided only for the uses stated in the rental agreement and manufacturer instructions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, duties, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Play Rentals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from website use, delayed access, loss of event enjoyment, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.
Any limitation will not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or another nonwaivable legal duty.
These Terms do not waive or release a minor child’s legal rights where such rights cannot lawfully be waived.
20. Customer Responsibility and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the adult customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Play Rentals harmless from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from:
•    The customer’s material breach of the rental agreement.
•    Unauthorized movement, modification, or misuse of equipment.
•    Failure to provide required adult supervision.
•    A site hazard controlled by the customer and not disclosed to us.
•    The customer’s violation of law, permit requirements, or venue rules.
•    Intentional, reckless, or negligent acts of the customer.
This obligation does not apply to the extent a loss was caused by Play Rentals’ own negligence, gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or violation of a nonwaivable legal duty.
21. Electronic Records and Signatures
You consent to conducting the booking transaction electronically.
Selecting an acceptance box, submitting a reservation, signing electronically, or making a required payment may constitute your electronic acceptance of the applicable agreement.
You are responsible for saving or printing copies of your quote, invoice, policies, and rental agreement.
You may contact us before booking to request a reasonable alternative method of completing the transaction.
22. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a legal proceeding arising from these Terms or our services must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Collin County, Texas.
Before filing suit, the parties are encouraged to provide written notice of the dispute and make a good-faith effort to resolve it informally.
23. Severability and No Waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively. The version accepted when a reservation is confirmed will generally govern that reservation unless the parties agree otherwise or a change is legally required.
